Dan

Office Manager

Dan Whitmer was born and raised in Oxnard and has dedicated 30 years to law enforcement in Ventura County. Now transitioning into his role as Office Manager at The Center for Dental Wellness in Camarillo, Dan is excited to continue serving the community by ensuring the best possible patient experience.

Dan is married to Dr. Whitmer, and together they are committed to providing exceptional care to every patient.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his three sons, attending their baseball games and practices, and relaxing at the beach. He also loves doing yoga with Dr. Whitmer and embracing an active, balanced lifestyle.

Yvonne

Front Office Administrator

Yvonne was born and raised in Ventura County to Mexican American parents. Her early education began in the Rio School District, where she excelled in sports, notably basketball and karate, winning numerous awards. Initially pursuing a career in nursing and medical billing, she became a CNA and certified medical biller, working over 19 years as an office manager in neurosurgery. She distinguished herself in customer service, providing excellent patient care with a personal touch. A Ventura College graduate and a medical professional for over 20 years, she also contributed her time to free health clinics and animal rescue shelters. In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with family, her dogs, indulging in paperback books, and volunteering at the church nursery and local animal shelters.

Jason

Front Office Administrator

Jason Whitmer graduated locally from California State University, Channel Islands, in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. He is dedicated to providing the utmost professional work and is always ready to assist patients at the front desk with any questions or concerns. Jason’s friendly demeanor and attention to detail ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone.

In his free time, Jason enjoys staying active by going to the gym, watching movies, and traveling to explore new places.

Karina

Registered Dental Hygienist

Karina received her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene in 2021 from West Coast University. She is a Ventura County native and can’t imagine living outside our beautiful county. Karina’s favorite part of being a dental hygienist is building relationships with her patients; she loves that she gets to educate and collaborate with her patients to achieve and maintain optimal oral health, leading to improved overall health.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking her dog Lucas to the dog park, and rewatching “FRIENDS” for the millionth time.

Noelle

Registered Dental Hygienist

Noelle received her dental hygiene degree from the prestigious hygiene program at Oxnard College in 2024. She grew up in Camarillo and enjoys living, as well as working, in her hometown. She is passionate about helping patients maintain their oral health and creating a positive environment for their care. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her interests include traveling, watching movies, and reading.

Silvia

Dental Assistant

Silvia is a devoted dental assistant, passionate about providing top-notch care to her patients while ensuring their comfort and ease during every visit. Her genuine concern for their well-being and her ability to establish strong connections with each individual brighten her days at work. Beyond the clinic, Silvia finds joy in immersing herself in books, going on walks, getting boba & ramen, and creating cherished memories with her loving husband.

Makayla

Dental Assistant

Makayla is passionate about her work as a dental assistant. With 3 years of experience in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the doctor in dental procedures. The patient experience is her priority and she works hard to ensure they are comfortable in our office. Makayla enjoys the beach, weightlifting, yoga, and cooking in her free time.
