Cristen D. Whitmer, DDS
DMD, MSD, PA
A California native, Dr. Whitmer grew up in the small suburb of San Ramon, located in the San Francisco Bay area, and moved to southern California in 1999. She attended UCLA where she double majored with Highest Honors and received her undergraduate degree in Psychobiology and English Literature. She also attended UCLA for dental school and subsequently received her DDS degree with the highest honor given, Magna Cum Laude. In addition to being a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society, Dr. Whitmer is also featured in Who’s Who: Executive and Professional Women in Dentistry.
And most recently, Dr. Whitmer was honored by the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce with a 40 Under Forty 2016 Award for her work as a community leader and volunteer.
Prior to returning to Camarillo and opening her brand-new office, Dr. Whitmer completed a General Practice residency at the Long Beach VA Hospital where she received advance training in implants, cosmetics, oral surgery, periodontics, root canals, and dentures. She then worked in private practice as an associate in Camarillo before deciding to open her own practice in Westlake Village, where she stayed for nearly five years. She is dedicated to the newest advancements in dentistry and keeps up-to-date with the latest technologies and procedures by taking continuing education courses.

When Dr. Whitmer is not practicing her passion of dentistry, she loves to spend time with friends, travel, yoga, garden, and read. She also likes to volunteer her time with service organizations and with underprivileged dental clinics across Southern California. Her favorite pastime is enjoying a good walk in the park with her husband, children.
Dr. Natalie Nazarbekian, DDS
Dr. Natalie Nazarbekian is a compassionate and detail-oriented clinician dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care. As a graduate of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, Dr. Nazarbekian’s journey in dentistry has been shaped by her commitment to excellence, her love for helping others, and her belief that every patient deserves to feel comfortable, understood, and empowered in the dental chair.
Dr. Nazarbekian is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the California Dental Association (CDA). Her goal is to ensure that every patient receives the highest standard of care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Nazarbekian enjoys expressing her creativity through artistic hobbies such as sewing. She is passionate about wellness and loves incorporating Pilates and weight lifting into her routine. She also values spending meaningful time with loved ones.
Dr. Nazarbekian’s philosophy is to treat every patient with the same kindness, respect, and attentiveness she would offer her own family. She strives to create a positive dental experience for each individual.
Dr. Sharon Kim, DDS
Dr. Kim is dedicated to collaborating with patients to help them achieve optimal health outcomes using safer and effective materials that work naturally in harmony with their bodies. She approaches dentistry with a holistic philosophy centered on whole-body wellness. She finds value in listening to her patients’ health stories and looking beyond symptoms to treat them as a whole. Her mission extends beyond dental care–she aspires to transform Ventura County into a “Blue Zone” community where residents thrive well into their hundreds.
A Southern California native, Dr. Kim majored in biology at Pacific Union College. During her third year, she earned early acceptance to Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and began her dental education in the fall of that year. In 1999, she graduated with a DDS degree. Her commitment to excellence led her to complete a one-year post-graduate continuing education implant course at USC.
Dr. Kim’s expertise in comprehensive dental care includes masterful full-mouth restorations and veneer cases, developed through close collaboration with the renowned Yewon Dental Lab led by Sang Jung. She has also cultivated specialized knowledge in implant-supported, full-arch zirconia restorations. As an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH), American Academy of Physiological Medicine and Dentistry (AAPMD), California Dental Association(CDA), and the Santa Barbara Ventura County Dental Society, she remains at the forefront of dental innovation.
As a dedicated lifelong learner, Dr. Kim regularly enhances her expertise through lectures and educational seminars covering diverse topics from oral-systemic health connections to lasers in dentistry and women’s heart health.
Her compassion extends beyond her practice through humanitarian service. Dr. Kim has volunteered for dental emergency services at the Mexico border and on Navajo reservations in New Mexico. Locally, she has participated in school screenings for underprivileged children through the Santa Barbara-Ventura County Dental Society.
Outside the office, Dr. Kim cherishes time with her child, seeking moments of wonder and discovery together. Her personal foundation rests in a big God, nurturing deep friendships, and embracing laughter as a healing force
